1. Construction Manager (good experience in condominium and mixed development) - 8-10 years experience on Singapore Projects
2. Planning Engineer (good experience in P6 and preparation of progress report) - 3-5 years experience on Singapore Projects
3. Project Engineers (good experience in structure works) - 3-5 years experience on Singapore Projects
4. BIM Coordinators (good experience in condominium and mixed development) x 3 - M&E/Architectural/Structural trades all required

CIVIL ENGINEERING JOBS:

1. Quantity Surveyor (Roadworks, Bridges, Drainage, Road Widening & Diversion works) - 3-5 years of local Singapore experience required
2. Senior Civil Engineer (MRT, Tunnel, other heavy Civil Engineering project experience) - 5-7 years Singapore experience.
3. WSHO (Workplace Safety Health Officer) - Registered with MOM - MUST have minimum 3 years of LTA project experience.
4. Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tendering) - 5-7 years experience on Singapore Civil projects
5. Senior Planning Engineer - Min 5 years experience in Singapore Marine, Port, Reclamation, Civil Infrastructure, MRT & Airport projects, With knowledge in Primavera, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project, With EOT claims, delay and gap analysis experience
6. Project Engineer (LTA Project experience) - Min 3 years experience in LTA projects, Must be PE Board recognized
7. Site Supervisor - 3 years of Singapore LTA/MRT Project experience
8. BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator (M&E/Archi) - Must have Bentley OBD (Open Building Design) software experience, Civil Infrastructure project experience

INTERIOR DESIGN JOBS:

1. Senior Interior Designer (Workplace Experience) - 5-7 years experience on local Singapore projects
2. Interior Designer (Workplace Experience)  - 3-5 years experience on local Singapore projects
3. Senior Quantity Surveyor  (Workplace/Corporate Design and Build Experience) - 5-8 years experience on local Singapore projects
4. Quantity Surveyor (Workplace/Corporate Design and Build Experience) - 3-5 years experience on local Singapore projects
5. Business Development Manager - (Workplace Experience) - Must have min 5 years local SG experience & solid network and relationships.
